Question 1

How does MoltLedger support Texas WDI paperwork?

Accepted Answer

MoltLedger lets an operator create a WDO/WDI report from a saved customer and property, add an inspection date and findings, and capture configured regional fields. Reports stay attached to those records for later reference. It helps organize paperwork; operators still decide which form and process a job requires.

Question 2

What details can a WDO/WDI report include?

Accepted Answer

A WDO/WDI report is linked to a saved customer and saved property. It records the inspection date and findings, plus any configured regional fields. The attached customer and property records provide names, the service address, and any saved email or phone number.

Question 3

Does MoltLedger include a Texas-specific WDI field template?

Accepted Answer

The Texas WDI regional template in the current app has no configured field names or requiredness. Do not assume it supplies Texas-specific form fields. MoltLedger is not an official Texas form; continue using the forms and instructions applicable to your work.

Question 4

Is MoltLedger an official Texas form or a compliance guarantee?

Accepted Answer

No. MoltLedger is workflow software, not an official Texas form or legal guidance, and it does not guarantee regulatory compliance. Operators remain responsible for confirming and following the requirements that apply to each job.

Question 5

Can I keep inspection photos with a report?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can attach inspection photos to a WDO/WDI report so supporting images stay with the report they relate to.

Question 6

Can I download a report and return to its history?

Accepted Answer

Yes. MoltLedger can generate a PDF for a saved WDO/WDI report, and the workspace provides report history so your team can revisit saved records and their changes.

Question 7

When does the 14-day trial begin?

Accepted Answer

The 14-day trial begins after you verify your email. It includes full workspace access during the trial period.

Question 8

What happens to my records after the trial?

Accepted Answer

After the trial ends, existing records remain readable. Making changes requires an active subscription.
